Android phones have gotten bigger over the years, and there are only few small or tiny ones, here meaning around 120x60mm. My personal list:
At 120x60mm and with 12mm thickness, the KingKong Mini [specs] [review] [prod] is reasonably sized. Android 9 (API 28).
Successor KingKong Mini 2 (2020) [specs] [review] [prod] [mine] has the same size. Android 10 (API 29).
Successor KingKong Mini 2 pro (2022) [specs] [prod] [mine] too, as well as the Cubot Pocket [specs] [prod] with less ruggedization. Android 11 (API 30).
At 100x45mm and with 19mm thickness, the Unihertz Atom [specs] [prod] is small but twice as thick as normal phones. Android 9 (API 28). The added thickness provides good battery life.
Successors Atom L (2020) [specs] [prod] or Atom XL (2020) [specs] [prod] are already on the larger side at 135x65mm with 18mm thickness, and the latter comes with walkie-talkie functionality and screw-on antenna.
At 135x65mm and with 12mm thickness, the Sony Xperia XZ2 Compact [specs] [prod] is on the larger side. Android 8.0 (API 26).
At 100x50mm and with 8mm thickness, the Palm Phone [specs] [review] [prod] is nearly as small as the Jelly and a lot thinner. Android 8.1 (API 26). Unfortunately battery life is even worse than the Jelly.
For a long time, it could not be bought unlocked but that seems to be over in 2021.
At 95x45mm and with 13mm thickness, the Unihertz Jelly [specs] [review] [prod] is the smallest of all phones in the list, but not the thinnest. Android 7.0 (API 24). Battery life and robustness are a minus, though.
Successor Jelly 2 (2020) [specs] [review] [prod] at 95x50mm and 17mm thickness is a lot thicker, but presumably with better battery life.
At 120x60mm and with 12mm thickness, the HTC Desire [specs] [mine] is reasonably sized. Android 2.2 (API 8).
